Published by the National Association of Realtors, this new site, writes editor Andrea Darr, “offers calculators for helping you determine how much money you’d save by changing your showerhead to a low-flow fixture ($150 per year for a $90 investment), for instance, to binders for you to save articles you want to refer back to. Now that tax day is lurking around the corner, you might enjoy learning how to get the most out of your homeowner’s tax credit or the best ways to spend the return. You could also learn about preventing mold, determine if refinancing is right for you or how to hire an HOA manager. All information is free.”
